Amelia Wells '25 and Kyle Cooper '26 Named Runners of the Week
Sophomore Amelia Wells and freshman Kyle Cooper were selected by the Mobile Optimist Club as 1A–5A Runners of the Week for their performances at the Baldwin County Championships.
The Baldwin County Championships took place on Saturday, October 15. Amelia and Kyle, along with Coach Joe Swagart, were recognized at the Mobile Optimist Club’s luncheon on Thursday, October 20, 2022.

Amelia finished 10th overall, earning All-County honors, running her 5K in 21:24. Kyle finished 7th overall, earning All-County honors, running his 5K in 17:16.
