Clifton Mosteller
Clifton has been a member of the Bayside Board of Trustees since 2020. An attorney by training, Clifton is the co-founder of Mossbridge Capital Partners, LLC. Formed in 2013, Mossbridge Capital is a private equity firm that invests in and partners with operating companies to provide growth capital as well as acquisition, expansion, and operational oversight. Clifton takes an active role with the management teams that he partners with and currently serves as a board member, company officer, and general counsel for K&G Industrial Services, LLC; Southern Refractories, Inc.; and Liberty Industrial Group, Inc. Prior to co-founding Mossbridge Capital, Clifton practiced corporate and financial services law with a regional law firm in Birmingham that employs over 350 attorneys in 19 offices. Clifton earned his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law and received his B.A., cum laude, from the University of Mississippi. Clifton is a native of Mobile, and he and his wife, Leighton, live in Fairhope and have two children enrolled at Bayside: Carlisle (6th grade) and Chance (3rd grade).
