Hunter Lyons

Hunter has served on the Bayside Board of Trustees since 2015 and was chairman of the board from 2019 through 2021. He is the President and a Principal of Gulf City Body & Trailer Works, Inc. in Mobile, a leader in the transportation equipment and service business since 1945. He is a UMS-Wright graduate and graduate of The Virginia Military Institute in Lexington, VA, where he received a B.A. in Economics and Finance. He has been involved in many industry and local associations in various capacities. He is currently a state board member of the ATA and ATA Truck PAC, a board member of Point Clear Charities, and a member of the Servis1st Bank board. Hunter is a past board member and current Board of Advisors member of the Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce and past board member of the Thomas Hospital Foundation. He and his wife, Christie, live in Fairhope and have three children: Greer ’17, Hunter '21, and Caid (9th grade).
