• Retirement Pension Plan with TIAA

  Bayside Academy provides a 403(b) plan for all full-time faculty, staff, and administration through the Independent School Collaborative. Eligible employees may begin contributing to the plan on the first day of employment. This plan includes access to personal financial planners with NFP Financial Education.

   

  After the completion of two years of full-time employment, eligible employees will receive matching contributions from Bayside Academy beginning at 3% and increasing to a maximum of 5% of base compensation and including academic and part-time coaching stipends.

• Flexible Spending Account (FSA) & Dependent Care Reimbursement Account (DCRA) through HealthEquity

  You can elect to have a portion of your paycheck contributed pre-tax to pay for qualified medical expenses such as deductibles, copayments, dental, and vision. A dependent care FSA (DCRA) offers similar tax savings on qualified dependent care expenses, including day care, preschool, elderly care, or other dependent care.
