Where Do the Funds Go?
The Bayside Fund offers a tax-deductible opportunity to supplement tuition revenue that supports the school’s operating budget each year. Because the Board of Trustees and Head of School are committed to minimizing tuition increases while continuing to offer every student an excellent education, The Bayside Fund helps close the gap between tuition and the actual cost of a Bayside education. The majority of any school’s budget is applied to people and facility maintenance, leaving little flexibility. Unrestricted gifts are the highest form of philanthropy—they provide the Board of Trustees and school administration with the flexibility to place the money where it will serve the best purpose.
The Bayside Fund allows the Bayside community—parents, alumni, faculty, staff, trustees, grandparents, and friends—the ability to support our school.
