Thompson Coker '26 Receives Nomination to West Point

Before a student can attend West Point, they must receive a nomination as part of the application process. According to West Point, this nomination is “essentially an official endorsement from a U.S. government or military source confirming [they] have the character and leadership potential to succeed as a cadet.”

While a nomination does not guarantee acceptance to one of the United States service academies, it is a significant step in the process and is a tremendous honor. We are so proud of Thompson!
