Soccer - Boys Varsity

The Bayside Academy varsity boys soccer program practices at the Highway 64 Sports Complex and competes at both the Sports Complex and the Bayside stadium. Soccer has a long and rich tradition at Bayside, with the school fielding its first team in 1974.

The boys varsity team competes in the 4A classification and is regularly ranked #1 in preseason polls and in the Top 10 Super Poll including 1A–7A schools.

About the Coach
Coach Jamie Ferguson has been the head boys varsity soccer coach at Bayside since 2005. Coach Ferguson has led the Admirals to three Final Four appearances and two state finals (and brought home wins for both). He was named AL.com’s Coach of the Year in 2016 and AHSAA’s Coach of the Year in 2016 and 2019.
