Max is a founding partner and principal of Mossbridge Capital Partners, LLC, an investment firm focused on investments in operating companies and other alternative assets throughout the
Southeast. Prior to co-founding Mossbridge Capital Partners, Max worked in commercial real estate with Cushman & Wakefield in Washington, D.C. Max is chairman of the Thomas Hospital Foundation Finance Committee and previously served as the president of the Benefactors Society at the University of Virginia.

Max earned his M.B.A. from Vanderbilt University and received his B.A. from the University of Virginia. Max and his wife, Anna, live in Fairhope and have two children at Bayside: John (5th grade) and Robert (2nd grade).
