Sirmon Farms Named 2024 Farm of Distinction

Let's hear it for the Sirmons of Baldwin County! They are the Alabama Farmers Federation's 2024 Farm of Distinction.
Sirmon Farms is owned by Joel and Patti Sirmon. The Sirmons grow cotton, corn, peanuts, and sweet potatoes in the Belforest community. They will represent Alabama during the Sunbelt Ag Expo Southeastern Farmer of the Year contest this fall.
The family business includes Joel’s mother, Shirley, and brother, James.
